Leaders in Training is a program designed to introduce campers who have aged out of Kids Camp to leadership roles with specific training and responsibilities. Leaders in Training takes place during Kids Camp to provide the LIT Crew with first hand leadership experience. The LIT Crew will assist younger campers, help with games, prepare activities, while also taking time to learn about what Jesus says about leadership… with tons of fun planned in between! Our goal is that these students return to their schools and communities with confidence to be Christ-like leaders. Our Leaders in Training program requires that those interested fill out an application, provide a letter of recommendation from a pastor or youth leader, and interview for a spot.
